Nonsense
An excuse of a company, I dont know how many times I have been calling then, their agents either don't take call and when they do they drop it in the middle of the conversation. I pay up my account but they failing to issue a payment clearance. Where do we report such nonsense

We will forward the clearance letter as proof of settlement. As you were blacklisted when defaulting in payments to your service provider, you need to forward the letter to them in order to have your credit record updated on all credit bureaux.
