NO STATEMENTS OR LETTER FOR PAYED UP ACCOUNTS
I have not received any statements nor letters of paid up on any of my accounts. We had also came to a mutual agreement that all statements and letter of payed up accounts would be emailed to me personally. I also have noticed this month that this month I was over debited on my bank account. I would like answers to all issues I have raised in this complaint.
