No response on my request

Weird how Vericred will harass you in every way when they want you to pay your account, but now that my account has been paid in full and I want a settlement letter I cannot get it.<br> <br> Its just so annoying and disgusting how they only care about harassing you and want to know when you will pay. After payment you cannot get any service/ help from them. I have been requesting a settlement letter the whole of last week and even now I have not received the letter or any feedback. I was even told I need to pay R26 to get the letter. I do not understand how now we have to pay to be sent emails, but anyway I paid it.<br> <br> Regardless of paying my money to you guys I still have not received anything.This is just a low and immoral way of doing business. Now that vericred is not making profit from me paying those collection fees I should be ignored. I want my settlement letter
