No response from vericred

I have not been working for 6 years and obtained assistance to pay my monthly payment arrangements.Last month the person that assists me lost there job through covid.I have sent numerous emails to vericred with no response my details were provided on emails.My cell phone does not work I have access to emails only.The third partying assisting me can only assist on the 25th of the month revert to emails I have sent on a daily basis instead of the constant calls and texts when I cannot answer the call
