No Proof that the debt has been paid OFF!
After I've paid my debt no one has contacted me, and my name has not be cleared and the most irritating thing is I cannot contact you. No response to e-mails and telephone calls.
Good day LondyZn, thank you for your report. There is however no indication that you have requested the relevant proof that your debt is settled. A debtor is responsible for their own account which they need to monitor and no one is being contacted to advise that their account is paid up.
