NO Feedback...STILL WAITING!!!

I am writing another complaint in response to a complaint I wrote on Hello-Peter dated 10.07.2020 @10:48 (Title: Still Waiting!!!) which was not resolved. Response seems to be given by Vericred but I rep**** asking which email address the clearance letter was sent to and no explanation given as to why my credit report indicates payments were not made from July 2019 - Feb 2020 even though my bank statements show debits were made for that period. STILL NO RESPONSE!!!

Vericred...you have my correct contact number and correct email address as confirmed with the agent I last spoke to when I called your offices. Can you you PLEASE contact me to clear my concerns or are you going to continue ignoring them???

This is unprofessional behavior from your company!!! It's **** service to be honest

Will I experience the same problems with my other account that I still have with you or will you quickly call me when I stop making payments?
