Good day.<br> I paid my outstanding debt to Vericred. I continuously phone, they either drop the phone or don't answer.<br> I eventually got hold of a agent to e-mail me my clearance letter.<br> <br> The supervisor was suppose the phone me, still not. They demanded their money, but now I'm struggling to get my letter.<br> <br> POOR SERVICE, NO COMMUNICATION!!!
