No Assistance at all

I have been trying to contact them for months without any assistance, I have sent emails, WhatsApps and tried their number does not go through or is not picked up. They called me none stop when they needed to speak to me and all I wanted is proof that my student debt is being paid but they are not willing to assist.

I will cancel the instalment and pay the institution direct it as these people are not helpful at all.
