my account number *** and Ref number ***, call me if need more info like pdf etc.
Hi Peter kindly assist me with this company, I was having a dunns account which was handed over to them, I sent an email to them and specified that I wanna make a full payment regarding my account, secondly I want my account to be permanently close and lastly after I sent a proof of payment I request a paid up letter, I did made a payment in full but now they don't want to give me a paid up letter on my account instead they say I must pay R37.50 and they don't even specify it is for what until I made an email that I wont pay it, they now say it is for my paid up letter from ITC,

The required fee is with regards to the issuing of a a clearance letter as proof that your account is settled.
Please refer to the Council for Debt Collector's website (www.cfdc.org.za) to see the relevant charges by a debt collector.
Be that as it may, we will issue the letter free of chargs as a once off. You need to present the letter to the service provider, who listed your details on the credit bureau when you defaulted with payment, to have your details updated accordingly.

ON MY VERY FIRST EMAIL I ASKED CLEARLY THAT I REQUIRE AN OUTSTANDING AMOUNT SO THAT I PAY IT IN FULL,SECONDLY I WILL SEND PROOF OF PAYMENT AND I REQUIRE A PAID UP LETTER AFTER THE PROOF OF PAYMENT SO NOBODY TOLD ME ABOUT R37.50 UNTIL NOW AS I WANT MY PAID UP LETTER
I WONT PAY THAT R37.50 WHILE I SPECIFICAL ASK CLEARLY ON THE EMAIL
I REQUIRE MY PAID UP LETTER, ITS AIN'T MY PROBLEM AS YOU HIRE AN *********** STAFF
