My foshini account was handed over to them but i didnt know by the time i make the payment at the store and after that they tell me about my account and everything but since 13August 2020 no one of them seems can help me everytime i contact them then they gve me a email address i must send my proof of payment i did that for all most hundred times and no one comeback to me please what must i do
