Money claimed owed to Amplath
We have been receiving mails from your company regarding a payment that wasn't made to Ampath, when in fact this account has been settled by our medical aid, who has stated that there are no accounts outstanding. The arrears amount claimed is R371.00
We have tried speaking to your office with no joy, your lady put the phone down on us. I think your collections agents need to all learn how to handle public as they obviously haven't been taught
I would appreciate if you can close this account, as there is no monies owed or please furnish us with correspondence and proof of monies owed
