Mismanagement
Good day. I called in to verify if Vox had rectified my account. The agent told me to call Vox as I owe R700 and I don't owe a cent because canceled after a year . Then they accused me of theft which was hurtful after they noticed it was their mix up but never even apologized. My skin color speaks volume . Vox and vericred please get your ducks in a row

Further to the claims and allegations, it is clear that you have a problem with your service provider who handed your overdue account over for collection. It is thus evident that we did not ask for the account, but it was handed over by them. Under the circumstances we do not have to "aplologise" as you claim on this forum as we have not erred in any way.
Be that as it may, please take cognisance of the fact that Vox have sent through an adjustment which was done on your outstanding account. However, it is not settled in full with still an outstanding balance for which you are liable, inclusive of the lawful collection fees accrued since handover.
The updated statement was sent to you today to the same mail address as used by you on this forum with a successful delivery notice.
Please also check your junk mail and spam folders for the email in need.
