I'm am not happy with vericred collections, I do the follow ups every month and when I checked with them I was told that my last full installment was in December. Month end January they debited the full amount when I call them they apologies and tells me that I still have to pay full amount on the 25th of February. This ppl are ****ming us and I have them on records..

Please note that we are not "****ming you" as you claim on this forum. The last instalment was in fact in January to repay your full debt that was handed over for collection back in 2022 inclusive of the collection fees accrued in terms of the Debt Collectors Act.
Your debt is now settled and we took the liberty to request a paid-up letter from our client in order to have your adverse details updated on all credit bureaux.
The letter will be forwarded to the same email address as quoted by you on this forum.
