Lack of Comprehension S****s
As promised in the email, I'm posting it here so you CAN'T DENY you were told or 'didn't receive the email' etc etc. Vericred's agent was informed to send all documentation to my lawyer 2 months ago - she keeps on phoning me, NOT my lawyer. Your level of comprehension is shocking for an adult with assumed education. Stop harassing me and send the documents as STATED. You may use Google to help you with any difficult words you might not understand - you can even use Google Translate to explain it to you in a language you DO understand - unfortunately I don't have time to draw you pictures to aid with that. Further to your accusations and allegations on a public forum, kindly note that we as a collection agency do not deal with any third party. Please take cognisance of the fact that we are not allowed, BY LAW, to divulge/disclose any personal information to a third party, i.e. to your lawyer/s or anyone else for that matter, without a POWER OF ATTORNEY (POA) authorising us to do so. These requirements are surely also evident on the search tool 'Google' as you have duly and rightly mentioned previously in your report. We have no record of any such POA received from you or your lawyer/s or anyone else, authorising us to give out your account information. Be that as it may, your overdue account was handed over for collection already two and a half months ago as you have defaulted on payment for services rendered. You personally will thus still be contacted for payment as per instruction from our client, who handed your overdue outstanding account over for collection, until full payment is received, inclusive of the legal collection fees accrued since handover, or alternatively until such time that we have received the necessary authority and relevant documentation to disclose your information to any lawye/s or any other third party.
