Just taking money from my account without my consent
Worse service EVER! I phoned them twice asking WHY did TWO payments (debit orders) went off from my account of which the one I DID not agree to. I have sent a hundred emails and just absolutely no response. . . But who knows, maybe they'll wake up when I send this through to the Credit Ombudsman

You have a total of TWO (2) unpaid, outstanding and overdue pathologist accounts which were handed over for collection by our client. You have two (2) debit orders of R200 on each account of which formal arrangements were made with you in this regard and which already commenced in November 2022 whereby you have agreed and consented to both. Please refer to your bank statement in this regard whereby the reference numbers on both the debit orders are different and thus evident for two accounts.
In conclusion, you have two debit orders for R200 each on both your outstanding accounts that were handed over for collection. We will for information purposes forward you the relevant statements of both your accounts for your perusal to the email address as used by you on this forum.
