*********** Staff so they can bill extra interest

I am just concerned about this company, they have the worst competent staff members. My account for Path care was handed to them and they notified me in September/October i then gave them an authorization for Debit order.<br> which never gone through a month later they called again i gave them again when i asked them why they did not debit the account they told me about system error and they charged me interest for their system error, same thing happened November, December, January and now In February i still gave them the account to debit and they have managed to gain over R200 of interest at my expense. am now fed up with these people they must just train the staff and stop sucking peoples money like this.
