Thank you for your response, please provide me with your email address, the initial amount owed when i was contacted was less than R500 that is scheduled for debit, as you refer to the previous email as you have not added interest please Debit my account with original amount. I have told your consultants that account was open online and the name of the branch is My Branch i dont know what is the problem with that i have given you correct and accurate infomation about my banking details. The fact that all the scheduled debit orderd never went through, that is not my problem.<br> <br> Please debit my account with the amount owed to Path care as you stated clearly that you not gain interest on these collections. I know you charge R20.00 per SMS of which i have at one staged asked your consultants not sms me rather speak on the phone and give me your banking details, you charge R50.00 for the less than 5 menutes phone calls. please kindly rerverse those charges as i am not liable for them.
