*********** CUSTOMER SERVICE
I contacted VeriCred on the 29th of December 2021 via email and telephone requesting that they adjust my monthly payments from R1000 to R200 as I can no longer afford to pay. Firstly, the consultant kept on dropping the calls and I never received an email response. When I finally got through to the consultant I was told that I should cancel from my bank side and I did that, on the the 16th of February 2021 I was sent final notice of payment.
Today I called them and Betty one of their consultant told me to send an email to *** which I did and call *** when I called this number I was told to contact the person who initially assisted me Babongile and I was given this number *** which I called only to be given another number to call.
Look your consultant are useless and I am tired of being transferred from one caller to the other, adjust the monthly payments if you fail to do so I will continue to reverse the R1000 debit order.
We hereby confirm as follows:
- The debit order for R1000-00 was duly cancelled as per your request.
- Our agents got in contact with you and a new agreement was done with you for the lower amount of R200 p.m. on your account that was handed over for collection by the University.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused in this regard.
Kind regards.
