I've also dealt with one of their consultant firstly she didn't tell me her name and secondly she was rude telling me to go to durban to collect my clearance letter while i paid for it to be emailed to me, I've given them 2 different email addresses but still hasn't received it and i keep calling and telling them i didn't receive it. How can you tell me to go to durban for a letter while I'm located in johannesburg clearly they didn't bother sending my clearance letter day light ******ie and rude consultant
