Illiterate, unproffessional, dumb pieces of ****!!! Yes i called you pieces of **** - so what!!!!????

<p>I was first called by a nice agent by the name of Nthabiseng with regards to a municipality account - i then did my own research with regards to this and i found out that i was in the wrong, i was then called by another agent called Jeanette - very nice as well. I explained that i will call her back to make arrangements to pay as i was busy at that moment. Called back today and i received the worst service under the sun!!! Some dumb lady answered the phone, she couldnt even transfer me to the person i wanted to speak to and then she starts screaming to her other collegues to go look for Jeanette or Nthabiseng, by now im getting ****ed, she tells me to hold but then the phone went dead. I hung up and tried calling back 4 times, phone gets picked up and dropped again. When i eventually managed to get through to someone, she tells me that the lady that picked up the phone cant transfer - now my question is why are you hiring ***********, dumb and illiterate people. I refused to be assisted by any of them, i asked her to pass a message for Jeanette or Nthabiseng to call me back - i doubt she did but if i dont get a call on Monday, i WILL call again and i WILL throw my toys out the cot, coz all i want is just to make arrangements to pay with someone that can use a phone and a computer and someone that doesnt speak like she's at the tavern - is that too much to ask??</p>
