I want my paid up letter please
I emailed them requesting a settlement quote, within 30 minutes after I requested the settlement quote they answered the email. When they want money they are quick to respond. Few days later I paid off my debt. I’ve been emailing and calling am not getting any help regarding a paid up letter. At this point I am fed up I just want to get my paid up letter. It was quick to send settlement letters but they don’t respond once you want your paid up letters.

02 Apr 2025, 10:04Hello Lebohang B****, we refer to your review. We do not issue the letter but have duly requested same from our client, i.e. your service provider who blacklisted your adverse details on the credit bureaux prior to handover when you defaulted with payment.
Please note that it takes +- 4 days for letter to be issued. We will forward the letter soonest upon receipt whereby you need to request an update of your credit record on all credit bureaux.
