I want my paid up letter

I received an email from Ampath Laboratories requesting a payment of R300 of which I thought I had already paid off. I rep**** to the email but the consultants are very rude, the lady didn’t assist with anything other than telling me to make payment. I was then handed over to Vericred without any assistance whatsoever. Someone then contacted from Vericred requesting payment for my Ampath account, I was not given anymore details as she said she will call me the following day and it’s been about a month now if I’m not mistaken. I made payment into the Ampath account and contacted Ampath so they could acknowledge my payment but I was told they cannot see which account I made payment to on my POP, that’s after holding for quite long. I called again the following day after sending emails to Empath and the guy I spoke to was very rude. Again I was referred back to Vericred of which I have Cc’d on my emails but no one got back to me. I got their WhatsApp number but the WhatsApp service Is not helpful. I tried calling them twice but I always get cut off or my airtime gets finished. I’m very disappointed at the level of service from Ampath and Vericred as i have been trying to get help since last week but I’m being sent back and fourth. I emailed them Proof of Payment but no one has contacted me nor rep**** my emails. I can’t get hold of them on their phone line either.
