I want My Paid up letter

Kindly note that this company does not adhere to the The Consumer Protection Act (CPA) in South Africa ,I made an immediate payment on my account where I was owing TUT, I spoke to a very unprofessional consultant by the name of Colleena with the email *** requesting for my paid -up letter and still no feedback with regards to my account being cleared out however even the Whatsapp conversation between me and their consultant is absolutely unprofessional and very poor communication .I want my paid up letter or i will take this matter further,Colleena and all the other agents are very *********** for their jobs and should take Customer Service Lessons .The service is very poor.
