I need my Clearance letter

I find it un acceptable that I'm told to wait 45 days after my last debit order payment for me to receive a clearence letter. I made means to get the Money and pay their account via EFT sooner than I had arranged, so that I can receive the clearence letter and have my Transunion profile updated after paying Im told I need to wait 45 days. they have confirmed payment reflects on their side ,I have paid for the clearence letter and I need it now, I cant wait 45 days

Good day, company policy is that a' clearance letter' may only be issued 45 days after last debit order date due to *****. However, you paid the bulk of the account end of May via transfer and we are prepared to issue the letter, which will be forwarded to yourself today under separate advice to the mail address as stated in this report. We trust that you will find this in order.

Kind regards,
