I'm not on there system but paying every month

Vericredit is debitting my account every month with R165 for a long time now for a medical debt that I owe,I'm trying to find out how much I still owe cause the amount was not very high,if I phone them and give them my I'd number then its not even my name and surname on the system it happens every time.
