I am trying to pay, is that to much to ask.

I am really unhappy with the fact that Foschini has placed my account in the hands of a company where I am battling to get assistance. I have been calling Vericred for the last few months now and they have not been able to assist, at first the supervisor was not able to give an upfront breakdown of my balance and needed days to get back to me. Now I am ready to see if I can settle but they are not even able to meet me half way, all I'm asking for is a discount on exorbitant cost already charged, I just need them to help me get out of this mess. I went through a difficult time and could not pay my accounts, I would like to pay it now, I just need assistance. Do you prefer to have a client pay R20 a month and have the debt written off after a couple of years?? is it not better that I am willing to pay. They are now saying that Foschini is not allowing discount but when I enquired with Foschini they advised they don't allow discount on their balance but have no problem if Vericred gives a discount, the Johannesburg branch is willing to assist but the account is not in their books, so why is there inconsistency?? why can one branch do it but the other can't??
