Horrble unhelpful struggling to get paid up letter
One of the worse places I have dealt with you guys called me almost everyday for my HOME CHOICE account then when I finally settled in full in 2020 I sent emails for a paid up letter and up until today no paid up letter and HOME CHOICE says on they side it don't even show I paid it up now HOME CHOICE did give it to a new collections company that are calling me everyday for something I already paid and you people don't want to send me a paid up letter this is unacceptable please email me my paid up letter because my HOME CHOICE account has been paid up with you guys last year already why is it so difficult to get a paid up letter with you people

We hereby place on record that our client has responded and forwarded the paid-up letter today, i.e. 27/10/21. Under the circumstances we have sent it to yourself to the mail address as used by you on this forum.
