Harassment from creditors

Pathetic services I have made arrangements for payment due to me being unemployed.I have been adhering to my payment arrangement.I get a text stating vericred flagged my account and it is handed over to M&G attorneys.I am sick and tired of repeating my story and sick and tired of stating my phone doesn't work I only have access to emails.I want an answer from vericred i won't repeat myself
