Harassment by vericred
Can a consultant from vericred by the name of Emma please stop calling me. I have never been to North West University and know nothing about the fee owed. I have explained this to her a couple of times but i still get phone calls from her. The university itself does not have my information, she once asked me to confirm my ID no which I did and now she says it is the one provided by the university of which the university claims its a lie as they only give out student numbers and not such personal information. Vericred please contact the North West University ypu claim I owe because they know nothing about such

10 Oct 2019, 09:05Hi NOMAGUGU MJULEKA, thank you for your report. Please take cognisance of the fact that you are not being "harasssed by VeriCred" as you claim. Our investigations revealed that you were in fact on a programme called "Open Distance Learning Centre" in Jhb whereby you got a second chance to write exams and North West University allowed you to write with them. As a result you are liable to settle the debt handed over and VeriCred will thus continue to collect from you until the account in question is settled in full. Regards, VeriCred Collections.

What investigation are you talking about because I have never been a distant student anywhere. Please stop calling me, and do proper investigations this time around. Im not paying for anything I know nothing of.
