Harassment
Still harassing me after account has been paid in full. Pathetic i sent numerous emails about contacinh service provider paid in full

Contrary to your remarks, the account in question is not paid in 'full' as you claim. You have only paid the handover amount by our client two months after handover. Because you did not initially pay your overdue account with the service provider, it was handed to debt collectors and the outstanding balance is in respect of legal collection fees and interest accrued for which you are liable in terms of the Debt Collectors Act, 114 of 1998, irrespective if you made payment to the service provider. The relevant charges by a registered debt collector is on the website of the Council for Debt Collectors for your perusal: www.cfdc.org.za.
We are thus not 'harassing' you as you allege, but will continue to collect the outstanding balance from you until the account in question is settled in full.

30 Mar 2021, 13:33So I received two phone calls and one email from vericred, and you think that justifies almost R300 on top of the amount awed to the DR.
I have paid the Dr directly and still have not received a statement in regards to how much i owe.
so you juts keep adding charges when you can clearly see im struggling financially.
Charges are being added for nothing as i have not received any communications what so ever except two phone calls and a email.
Pathetic.
In the middle of a pandemic where salaries are being cu t nd people loosing jibs and you sharks are just trying to bill and charge people as much as possible.
