Harassment
I'm sick and tired of thier calls my mom passed away 2021 October I have send death certificate to numerous email addresses but I keep on getting calls from them the last person I send the document was *** I am sick and tired now of getting their calls you guys are harrasing me now can I Please have some peace.

Our records reflect that there are 5 accents in name of the deceased. Under the circumstances and in order to have the accounts finalised accordingly, kindly forward a copy of the death certificate to "***" at your earliest convenience. In the interim a 'hold' was placed on the accounts pending receipt of the document.
