Harassment
They keep harassing me via sms for an account that has been paid in March already. Proof of payment has been send numerous times and I've tried phoning the number supp**** on the sms to no avail.

Please note that your account was handed over for collection in January 2018 and you have effected payment in March 2018, i.e. some two (2) months after handover. You have only settled the amount that was handed over, but is still liable to settle the legal collection fees accrued in the collection processes in terms of the Debt Collectors Act, as your account was handed to debt collectors. For your perusal, please refer to the website of the Council For Debt Collectors to view the relevant costs: www.cfdc.org.za. Under the circumstances you will still be contacted until the account in question is settled in full,i.e. inclusive of the collection costs. Kind regards, VeriCred Collections.
