GIVE ME MY PAID UP LETTETR NOW

I owed an amount to Ampath, I phoned Ampath and I was told to pay them directly, which a did. Vericred said I still owe them. I reluctantly paid on the 28th of November 2025 and sent them the proof of payment the same day. I followed up with an email asking for the paid-up letter. They just ignored me, I called last week and was promised a call back that never happened. Now they are saying I owe them an additional R48 because THEY did not do their job and close the account, and now they are saying that I owe that for December, when it was already paid. JUST PHONE ME AND SORT THIS OUT. NO company should use this service.
