Can you give a negative number of stars?
These people have harassed me since 2016 for money I DO NOT OWE THEM. They threatened me with legal action and because I was scared, I STUPIDLY paid them. Now, they acknowledge that they need to refund me but have not done so. They also wanted to keep some of my money as an "ADMIN FEE". What complete nonsense. You ******ED MONEY FROM ME AND WANT ME TO PAY AN ADMIN FEE? Anyone else here want to start a class action lawsuit?

Please take cognisance that we have not 'harrassed' you since 2016 as you claim on this forum. The fact of the matter is that you did not pay your overdue pathology account and was handed over by our client to collect on their behalf only in 2017 and NOT 2016 according to your comments. You only paid our client's portion and was subsequently contacted by us for the legal collection fees outsanding for which you are liable in terms of the Debt Collectors Act, 114 of 1998. VeriCred is registered with the Council for Debt Collectors and under the circumstances please fami****ise yourself with the relevant charges by a debt collector by referring to the Council's website: www.cfdc.org.za. Be that as it may, we have agreed as a gesture of goodwill to reverse the outstanding collection fees and you subsequently made another payment to the account. The account is now in exess and contrary to your false statement, we did not ****** monies from you as you accuse on this forum. the monies will duly be refunded to you on the 17/09/2020 according to our policies and processes. Our Legal Advisor already corresponded with you in this regard and furthermore, you were informed that there is no ADMIN FEE applicable as you claim. VeriCred Collections (Pty) Ltd
