F*cken ****ed customer

This company lack professionalism I was called by one of the agents by the name of Teboho Tsweli early this month and she disclosed my personal information to the third party,she didnt even confirm or had surerity that she's that she's talking to the acciunt holder.I have lodged a query qith them they dont even have the decency to solve it or give me feedback on the process of the account.What happened to privacy and protection of my personal information (POPI act) The staff is very incompetence and don't respect my consumer rights,they do not even comply with the NCR BAD service a bunch of f* losers They can't even get me a break down state many from the client
