30 Mar 2016, 09:01Hello knowsmyrights,
Upon investigation it is evident that your last payment to the account was in November 2015. You requested the settlement amount in January but only paid in February (contrary to your comments on this public forum that you settled the account at the END of Februry, it was in fact on the 1st of February). Since you requested the settlement in Januaery and only paid in February there will naturally be additional charges in the collection process as you did not settle immediately when the details were given to you. Be that as it may, we have on an exceptionally basis agreed as a gesture of goodwill to waive the outstanding fees on the account in question. We shall forward the clearance letter which you need to take up with RCS as they blacklisted you prior to handover due to non-payment by you.
Kind regards,
VeriCred Collections (Pty) Ltd.
