False information - harassment
We were contacted/harassed by Vericred that we owe Randburg Medicross R24 000.00 after threatening legal action they contacted Randburg Medicross who confirmed we don't owe a cent. Not only did we not receive an apology for the mistake and rude agents and harassment but low and behold we have just received another message from Vericred advising we have been handed over by Randburg Medicross reference number ***406 5.<br> <br> I will now be getting legal advise to take this further.

Further to your report, please note that Medicross data are being imported. There was a system problem which effected some accounts, however this has since been rectified. As a result the account in question ***406 5 was closed and we apologise for any inconvenience caused in this regard.
