False claim
They send me statement of old paid up account not sure whether is covid19 desperation

21 Apr 2020, 10:18Good day ISAAC I, further to your comments, please take cognisance of the fact that we do not randomly claim monies and sent our statements on 'old paid up acounts' as is being claimed. Your outstanding account was handed over for collection by our client who instructed us to collect the outstanding amount and as such it is not 'covid19 desperation'. Be that as it may, the matter was taken up with our client to which we await feedback. In the interim your account was put on hold pending clarity received in this regard. Thank you.
