Extremely unprofessional
Unhelpful now after taking money out my account and harassment deluxe no proof of pay d up letter so don't talk to them telephonically, not trustworthy or professional

Kindly take cognisance that we did not "take money out of your account" as is being alleged, as you have made payments which was due by you.We note that you have paid your overdue account three (3) years after it was handed over for collection. Our records reflect that a 'zero balance; statement was sent to you on 09/07/2025 and it was explained to you the the paid-up letter will be due on 14/07/2025 when you can request it.
It is now Monday 14/07/20215 and the letter was duly dent to you via email today as undertaken, please also check your junk- and spam mail folders.

14 Jul 2025, 12:52I have not been to Ampath three years ago so you can provide the proof, you phoned me after a long haul flight and I was unwell, I don't think being told to come to Durban to listen to a recording or having phone put down on me a number of times by your supposed supervisor manager staff is warranted, you best have sent me the letters and proof
