EMPTY PROMISES

hello Vericred collections , last time i wrote a review asking for my clearance letter because at Sportscene they are refusing to let me close the account unless i provide the clearance letter, of which you claim to have sent to my email which is not true, i finished paying in march but even today you still not sending it which i dont know why , when i call your offices your consultants keeps me hanging until they hang up the call . what do you want me to do ? take you to court ?? please send me that clearance letter into my email .
