Emotional abused
I have been emotionally abused by vericred they call me almost every month for payment reminder for Foschini account. I told them that I have a paid up letter from the dated 10 August 2011. It is 2015 they are still calling me I sent them a mail explained to guys that calls me but still they don't update their system. Please help I'm tired of phone calls

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We have subsequently taken it up with our client Foschini who admitted that they have handed the account over in error. We have since closed the account with VeriCred and have requested our client to request a bureau update as a matter of urgency.
