Duplication of Paid up Loan account on system
Good day <br> <br> I have been contacted lately numerous times with regard to an RCS Loan that my wife took out, it was handed over for slow payment. However it was settled in 2014<br> <br> The account in question has been duplicated on the system as it shows two loans in her name one is paid up and the other shows as outstanding.<br> <br> I have repeatedly and patiently explained this to the operators and they have agreed it is a duplication and that they will fix it. obviously this has not happened as I received an SMS stating<br> <br> \Vericred has flagged your RCS Loan account for possible handover to M&G attorneys. Phone us today on ***"<br> <br> I am sick and tired of explaining the situation to obviously *********** employees who are not interested in doing their job.<br> <br> Sort it out"

Kindly take cognisance of the fact that there is a problem with some duplicate accounts and further to your report the account in question was subsequently closed and retracted as it is paid in full.
