Don't trust this company if they call you directly.
Can this shady company stop calling me. I have been.called numerous times even after I told this shady company to stop calling me. I wouldn't mind paying my Hospital bill through them but everytime they sent me payment methods firstly the account number does not pick up on my capitec app as a valid business with the name in the sms and the alternative payment method they sent was deemed so unsafe my phone auto deleted the message. After that I told them I am paying Tygerburg directly as they have not ever since provided a valid payment method. Then they dare wanna ask to do a debit order. How can you trust a company this *************?
Stop harassing me I am paying the hospital directly due to your incompetence. If it doesn't stop will take it further.
Be that as it may, our records reflect that due to you not paying your outstanding TygerbErg Hospital account, it was handed over for collection already in February 2025 and with one payment received which was made in April. We are thus not "harassing" you but contacting you to collect the monies owed by you to our client which they instructed us to collect on their behalf.
We have various effective and safe payment methods which are used daily by all debtors. Kindly note that we will arrange for you to be contacted to provide clarity and to assist you accordingly in this regard.
