Good day, cognisance was taken of your comments. We amicably request you to refrain from making any threatening demands, as we are not in the wrong here and are trying to assist accordingly since it was brought to our attention on this forum.

In lieu of the above, we shall request the requested information from the entity at hand, i.e. our client who handed the account over, and same will be forwarded to you upon receipt. In the interim a 'hold' was placed on the account pending receipt of the relevant information. Regards, VERICRED COLLECTIONS

3 November 2018...still waiting for the requested documents - still sending me 'final demands' - you won't get anything until I've received the documents...all of them. Should we go back to the 'lack of comprehension s****s'? Why am I still waiting? Because you don't have them?
