i have paid my TUT account with vericred, R19k and i was due a refund which they advised me to send documents and wait for 45 days which today is the 45th day, i have called them to follow and spoke to a very rude lady by the name of Geraldine and she told me they will refund me today and my money will be available in my account end of business even now ive checked my account and nothing shows they've refunded me
vericred i have paid the money i owes your client Please give me what is mine

Please note that the refund to yourself was duly effected on Friday, 13/08/2021. Kindly take into consideration that it was an interbank transfer which can take up to two (2) business days to reflect in your account.
