Deducted double the funds we agreed upon, no communication(Lulama and Nokukhanya) , bad receptionist assistant (Enlhe)
Attention Lulama (the manager) she been promising to assist me with reversing the funds you(vericred collections) dedected from my account on the 24th, they are not communicating with me unless I do, I was reaching them by other receptionist other than Enlhe(the receptionist) every time I called she refuses to pass my call to her(the manager). Up to this date I have not recieved the funds back in my account.
