Debt Settled but the company keep on adding interests

My sportscene account was handed to them as they are debt collection agency, so i paid it in full and the supervisor actually sent me an email saying that my account was paid off i will receive the paid up latter but now they are telling me that my account is not paid off i have to pay the remaining balance.
