Debit order cancellation
I have cancelled the debit order by the bank due to the fact that i never receive any outstanding balance invoices or monthly statements.If I am correct i might have actually paid more than what was owed.Please advise on this matter as its almost a year, i am paying off this account but yet u keep on deducting without informing me on the state of the account.

Thank you for your report. Further to your assumptions we would like to reiterate as follows: Contrary to your comments, the account in question is still outstanding and not repaid as yet. Seeing that you have stopped the debit order as advised in this report, you will thus still be contacted by JVR Inc Att who are controlling the account until paid in full. Kindly also take cognisance that statements are not sent out automatically and can be requested at any time. Be that as it may, we shall request the relevant people working on the account to contact you urgently with regard to the outstanding account. Please be guided accordingly.
