Debit Order
i want you to stop the debit order that you have on my account
i cant seem to get a hold of you guys telephonically via email or whatsapp
that might be convenient for you guys but it is not fair and just cause you are making my life hell monthly
i want this issue resolved no stories just sort out this mess

You do not answer your phone and under the circumstances a mail was sent by the account manager, please respond so that we can look into your problem/s.
