DAY LIGHT ******* TO THE CONSUMER

STILL NO FEEDBACK REGARDING AN EMAIL THAT WAS SENT ON THE 1ST APRIL 2021. BUT EVERY DAY MY PHONE IS BOMBARDED EVENTHOUGH I AM MAKING MONTHLY PAYMENTS ON MY ACCOUNT WHICH IS CHARGED AN INTEREST BEYOND MY UNDERSTANDING .

EMIAL: I am not requesting a statement rather I would like an explanation as per my calculations I have paid R10,000 to date on my sports scene account. The balance due is just under R6000 which means in total I am paying back R16000 on an account that had a balance of R11000, R5000 rand in interest is a ton of money, and its daylight **** to me the consumer as we all are struggling to make ends meet.

I would like someone to check what the correct balance is due as I have previously stated, I contacted sport scene when I was unemployed and they just ignored all my email correspondence.
